Dr. Cari Thachuk

Dr. Thachuk is a board-certified, licensed naturopathic doctor and physical therapist. She holds a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, the leading naturopathic medical school in North America, as well as two Masters Degrees in physical therapy from The University of Pittsburgh. She has developed a special interest in the treatment of neuro-endocrine disorders as well as healing many issues realted to digestion. As a two-time survivor of breast cancer, Dr. Thachuk brings a unique perspective to her medical practice, caring for each individual patient with the utmost sensitivity to their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Thachuk also loves her dogs. Together they compete in agility trials and her youngest is also involved in water work. Dr. Thachuk likes to run, bike, kayak, and hike. She is currently learning to rock climb and she loves to dance.

Dr. Heidi Hook

Dr. Heidi Hook was born and raised in Auburn. Dr. Hook is a 1996 graduate of Bastyr University, the leading naturopathic medical school in North America. Growing up with her dad as a local doctor inspired her to pursue medicine herself. Personal illness with questions left unanswered by western medicine led her in the direction of naturopathic medicine. Dr. Hook is passionate about helping people with anxiety and depression see that there are infinite possibilities on their path to healing. She has seen naturopathic medicine work in herself and is continually inspired by the improvement she sees in her own health every year.

Dr. Hook fills her time with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters. Together they enjoy rock-climbing, finding inspiration for her husband’s metal art and playing with their dogs.

Dr. Virginia Osborne

Dr. Osborne graduated from the accredited National College of Naturopathic Medicine (NCNM), Portland, OR in 1995 after a 17- year career as an RN in critical, emergency and cardiac medicine. After receiving her ND, she established practices in Colorado, Montana, Oregon and California and is currently licensed in both California and Oregon. Prior to joining Bukovina she practiced in Grass Valley and was the IV therapy Academic Instructor and Clinical Department Supervisor at NCNM Natural Health Centers. Dr. Osborne has served on numerous boards, been a member of many state and national associations, contributed to the NPLEX exam since 1999 and developed research for the use of IV micronutrients in treatment modalities.
She is a co-founder of IV Nutritional Therapy for Physicians. She has lectured and developed workshops on IV nutrition, chelation and clinical emergency since 2001. These workshops provide complete training to physicians internationally for the safe and effective use of intravenous nutrient therapies.   Dr. Osborne co-authored Parenteral Micronutrient Therapy, a book written for physicians in 2004, is currently working on the next generation book on IV Nutrient Therapies and has many other published articles on the use and effectiveness of IV nutrient and chelation therapies. Web site: ivnutritionaltherapy.com
Her focus currently is on IV treatment modalities for environmentally -induced diseases. Integrating the traditional with conventional medicine.

In her spare time she enjoys, hiking, biking, skiing, canoeing/kayaking and above all family.

Dr. Danni Ballere

Dr. Danni Ballere is a licensed and Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor. She graduated from the accredited National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland Oregon in 2009. She has a passion for nutrition and an additional degree in Nutritional Science. Dr. Ballere has a deep personal connection to caring for individuals with cancer by providing them with a comprehensive, personalized, and holistic wellness plan that also includes IV micronutrient therapy.

In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, appreciating nature, riding horses, gardening, and cooking delicious and nutritious food.

Breckken Wigginton

Breckken Wigginton is a Lifestyle Educator and Hollywood makeup artist with aDegree in Physical Education/Teacher Education from California State University Chico and a certified makeup artist who completed the masters program at Complections International Academy Inc. in Toronto Canada. As a former personal makeup artist, dietary planner and personal trainer to Hollywood celebrities, she is inspired by diet and exercise to maximize energy, decrease stress, and maintain a healthy body composition.

A woman who loves to indulge in a variety of foods, Ms. Wigginton understands the urge to splurge. However, she also understands the life where she is too busy to eat. Therefore her mission is to create unique and tasteful meal plans that are personalized to the individual’s needs in combination with a personalized exercise program that fits into ones lifestyle.

Days off are spent hiking, boating, rafting, fishing, gardening, the train museum and trying new restaurants with her 2 sons and fiancé. She is also in the works of creating her own clothing line.

Chelsea Doupnik

Chelsea Doupnik is one of the smiles that you will see at the front desk. She answers the phones, schedules appointments, and keeps us organized. She grew up in a holistic household and has a passion for being healthy and happy. Her desire to help and serve others is the key to our success at the front desk.

Her other passion is cooking and will easily accept the label of ” a foodie”. Travel is also on her list and allows her to bring some international flair to our office.

Alex Rodriguez

Alex Rodriguez is the Office Manager at Bukovina. She graduated from San Diego State University with a Liberal Arts degree in 1993. She has worked in many different facets of management and customer service; including corporate offices, restaurant management and assisting in new store openings around the world. Alex’s desire is to reach out into communities and bring awareness of the benefits of naturopathic treatment to others. She has a strong desire to serve and support others and to facilitate the day to day business activities and solutions to help enhance the patient/ client experience at Bukovina.

With her passion for travel, Alex knows there is so much more to see and do in the world and shares that passion with her 13 year daughter and her husband. In her spare time, she loves to spend time hiking with her dog, going on bike rides, swimming, camping, listening and sharing music and is “extremely appreciative” of good wine and good food.
