Do you have a Leaky Gut? Or is it something else? Try CLICKING HERE to see the simple questionnaire that will allow you to know where your digestive tract might need a little support.

After you fill it out and add up your scores, here is how to interpret it:

Section A
Score: 0–2 (NA); 3–7 (Mild); 8–I2 (Moderate); 13+ (Severe)
This section is about how well your stomach is breaking down your food. The higher your score, the more likely you would benefit from using digestive enzymes. Another thing you can do is make sure to chew your food slowly.

Section B
Score: 0–2 (NA); 3–9 (Mild); 10–14 (Moderate); 15+ (Severe)
The higher you score in this section, the more likely your stomach lining is irritated and needs soothing support like deglyyirrhizinated licorice, slippery elm bark or marshmallow root (the herb not the white fluffy stuff!).
Try to avoid spicy or irritating foods and beverages (coffee, alcohol, etc) and spend time learning to relax.

Section C
Score: 0–3 (NA); 4–9 (Mild); 10–14 (Moderate); 15+ (Severe)
A hight score in this section suggests that you need support for your small intestine and pancreatic enzymes. Irritation here can also be due to one or more food sensitivities.

Section D
Score: 0–5 (NA); 6–10 (Mild); 11–19 (Moderate); 20+ (Severe)
This section represents the health of the lining of your digestive tract. A high score here is indicative of the infamous “Leaky Gut”. Here you will need help with a comprehensive approach that includes things like the correct probiotic, gut-specific anti-oxidants, and healing amino acids like L-glutamine.

Section E
Score: 0–2 (NA); 3–6 (Mild); 7–11 (Moderate); 12+ (Severe)
This section shows the health of the function of your liver and gall-bladder. If you have a high score here, you may benefit from comprehensive liver support and pancreatic enzyme support.

Of course, none of these are mutually exclusive, so don’t be discouraged if you need help in more than one area. Your digestive tract is one long tube, after all. If one area is irritated, it is likely that others are too.

The bottom line is that it it all fixable and these are not symptoms you have to live with! So don’t!!
